I had a fantastic stay at 11 Cadogan Gardens. The location in the heart of Chelsea was perfect. My room was large and completely renovated, with a beautiful bath and an espresso maker. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm London weather. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I felt taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel had a beautiful old world charm and the service was really good. The room I stayed in was very large, especially for this city, and it was super clean and lovely. The hotel is located in a residential area, easy for me to walk to nearby attractions without having to use the tube or a taxi. The staff were friendly and well-informed about the local area. There was a great bread store directly behind the hotel where I could grab delicious homemade croissants, buns, and fresh sandwiches for breakfast. The location was fabulous, just a short walk away from a tube station.

We stayed in a fabulous hotel in the centre of London, surrounded by spiffily renovated Victorian townhouses. We had a lovely private garden view and enjoyed the location in the heart of Chelsea. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and the breakfast room was nice with good food.
The bathroom lacked space for toiletries and there was no mirror in front of which to dry our hair.
